The costumes for Hal-Con's Costume Contest this year were absolutely phenomenal! I tried to get as many people into a either compilation or my video:
Definitely check out the video to really get a sense of the contest. You also just have to see Reg's performance as Khan! He won the Khhhaaaaannn!! category, LOL.
